I am so pleased with my custom mini mantra bar bracelet in gold and inscribed with the well-known Jennifer Pastiloff mantra, "I got you." I wear it every day now and it gives me both comfort and a reminder that not only are there others out there in the world who have my back (Jen P's meaning), but I now feel that it also reinforces that "I have myself" and that sometimes we simply need that reminder that we can stand up and be present for ourselves. I also love that it has gotten easier to put it on each day, which has helped my dexterity! I wear it on my right wrist and am left-handed and have seen it get easier day-by-day to put it on.
